Welcome to your new home for Spring Break. Fresh off a $116 million renovation in 2020, Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas offers it all. This is the biggest and most action-packed ship that CPC has ever sailed on. We cannot wait for our CPC family to experience a MEGASHIP for Spring Break!

This transformed ship unveils new adventures from bow to stern. You will enjoy access to incredible dining, 17 bars, clubs and lounges, plus a Vegas style casino right onboard. There are plenty of thrills onboard like the FlowRider surf simulator, dual racer waterslides—Typhoon and Cyclone, glow-in-the-dark laser tag, and much more. And with the new Resort Style Pool and The Lime and Coconut bar with three levels of turned up island flavor serving tropical cocktails that can be sipped on the rooftop sun deck (by day) or moonlit lounge (by night), Freedom of the Seas is a destination with something for everyone... You are NOT going to want to get off this ship!

Day 1: Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida

Boarding Day. Ship departure time is 4:00 p.m. Make sure to be on the ship by 3:00 p.m.  Now that you are on the ship, Spring Break has officially started! The entire ship, including the slides, pools, buffet, and bars are open and waiting for you… we hope you are thirsty and hungry. Grab some lunch, a drink (or two), and then check in with CPC to pick up your wristbands and tank tops. Once you’re settled in, then its off to the sail away party on the pool deck as we wave goodbye to Florida and head out sea.

Once the sun retires for the day, discover a night filled with dancing, laughs, full-scale production shows, and live music at bars, clubs and lounges that never feature a cover charge. In addition to all the entertainment available throughout the ship, we will host late night private parties open to CPC spring breakers only! 

Day 2: Nassau, Bahamas

We’ll dock in Nassau at 8:30am. Here we have all day to explore everything that the Bahamian capital, Nassau, has to offer. Nassau is the perfect Spring Break destination because it provides the best of both worlds: a party atmosphere and plenty of opportunity for adventure and relaxation. It’s no coincidence that Nassau has become the #1 destination for Spring Break. You’ll have all day to hang out and party with us at our CPC Beach Party where we will have music, beach games, and activities exclusive for College Party Cruise! If you are feeling adventurous, you can hop on a catamaran to go on a snorkeling excursion at the reef, shop in the world famous Straw Market, or generally explore one of the Caribbean’s most famous destinations at your leisure.

Day 3: Cruising the Caribbean Sea

Don’t call this a boat. The Independence of the Seas is a floating resort-city and is a destination in itself. Enhanced in 2018, this massive and action packed ship offers it all. During our day at sea, you can experience all the thrills this amazing ship has to offer, from the Flowrider surf simulator to the Perfect Storm duo of high-speed waterslides… did you know you could even go ice-skating in the middle of the Caribbean? Or you can simply relax with a Pina Colada in hand on the pool deck at one of the 3 pools or 6 jacuzzis. Make sure not to miss the hilarious competitions by the sports pool, like the classic Belly-Flop Competition or the Worlds Sexiest Man Competition.

Day 4: PERFECT DAY Cococay, Bahamas

Today we dock at Royal Caribbean’s private island. Cococay is an unspoiled private paradise where you can relax in white-sandy beaches or participate in optional thrills and excursions. Most of the experiences at Perfect Day at CocoCay are complimentary, these include: free beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, beachside activities, Oasis Lagoon – the Caribbean’s largest fresh water pool and swim up bar, sports courts, and more  — not to mention five new complimentary dining venues located throughout the island. Other attractions, like Thrill Waterpark, the Zip Line, and Up, Up and Away helium balloon, are optional and available for a charge.

Day 5: Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida

Last day…

Wake up (if you even slept), eat your last breakfast on board, exchange info with all your new friends, and walk off the ship in Orlando, Florida. Although you’re sad that the cruise is over, your head is held high because you have the best stories and the funniest pictures. These last 4 days were amazing and we can’t wait to see your memories on social media.
