Best Price Guaranteed (Applies to reservations booked by February 28, 2022):
Book by February 28 and have the assurance that you are getting the best price possible. If we offer a lower price on the same exact Stateroom category, you can contact us to get your reservation adjusted. The Best Price Guarantee lets you take advantage of a better price up to 72 hours prior to your sailing. You’ll receive the difference as a non-refundable onboard credit if inside final payment, or rate adjustment outside final payment. NOTE: Cabin types such as interior, oceanview, balcony have different categories within each type of cabin (For example, Interior cabins include categories: ZI, 4V, 2V, 3V, 1V, 2T, etc…) The best price guarantee applies to the exact cabin category you are booked on. If you are booked on an Interior 4V and you notice the price for the Interior ZI is lower, the best price guarantee would not apply since Interior ZI is a downgraded category.
Cruise with Confidence (Applies to reservations booked by February 28, 2022):
Instead of being penalized for cancelling your reservation, you can enjoy the flexibility of being able to cancel for any reason, up to 72 hours before your cruise, and you’ll receive a Future Cruise Credit in the full amount of your cruise fare! Your Future Cruise Credit would be valid to book a new cruise by May 31, 2022 and sail within one year from your original sail date. and can be used on ANY Royal Caribbean cruise worldwide.
How it works:
- Your reservation must be booked and confirmed by February 28, 2022
- If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your sailing (for example, if your sail date is March 7th, you must cancel before 4:00 pm on March 4th). Royal Caribbean will not make exceptions for cancellation requests received after this deadline or for no-shows.
- Cruise with Confidence only applies when an entire reservation/stateroom is cancelled (if only one guest cancels in a reservation, Cruise with Confidence does not apply). Reservations cancelled for non-payment are NOT eligible for Cruise with Confidence. Guests must request a cancellation and opt-in at the time of cancellation to receive a Future Cruise Credit.
- If you cancel:
- Before the final payment date (40 days or more prior to the sail date): You will receive your non-refundable deposit as a Future Cruise Credit and any other payments made towards your cruise will be refunded back to your original method of payment.
- After the final payment date (39 days or less prior to the sail date): You will receive a Future Cruise Credit for the full amount of your cruise fare*
- Your Future Cruise Credit would be valid to book a new cruise by May 31, 2022 that sails within one year from your original sailing date. You must use your Future Cruise Credit through our travel agency, Ignite Cruises, and this credit can be applied to any Royal Caribbean Cruise sailing within one year from your original sailing date. If not used by May 31, 2022, the Future Cruise Credit will automatically expire and have no value.
Please note: Future Cruise Credits are added to your Ignite account. Credits are redeemable only through our travel agency, Ignite Cruises. Please contact us at reservations@ignitecruises.com to book your future Royal Caribbean cruise and apply your credit.
*Standard cancellation penalties apply for those guests not interested in taking advantage of the Cruise with Confidence policy. In this case, guests would receive a partial refund (if applicable) back to their original method of payment based on the cancellation penalty schedule: https://collegepartycruise.com/cancellations/
**Please note that any administrative fees are non-refundable and cannot be credited. These non‑refundable fees include, but are not limited to: reinstatement/cancellation/late payment fees, processing fees, reservation change fees, name change fees, and travel protection premiums.
Terms and Conditions:
“Cruise with Confidence” is a voluntary program designed to provide guests with different options and additional flexibility when booking a cruise. If a guest does not opt-in to receive a CWC FCC, the cancellation policy tied to the guest’s reservation at booking will continue to apply. However, if a guest opts-in to receive a CWC FCC at a time when the booking is subject to cancellation charges that would otherwise have been less than 100% of total cruise fare, by opting in to receive a CWC FCC, the guest agrees to become immediately subject to cancellation charges equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid. By requesting a cancellation and receiving a CWC FCC, the guest has cancelled his or her reservation and waives any right to receive any refund of the cruise fare paid, even if the sailing is later canceled. If a guest elects to receive a CWC FCC, or otherwise cancels his or her reservation, cancellation charges incurred by the guest on the reservation will not be waived or refunded for any reason, except as otherwise provided herein or required by applicable law.
The CWC FCC is non-transferrable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The CWC FCC’s value may be applied on or before May 31, 2022 only toward the cruise fare due on a new booking or to satisfy the remaining cruise fare balance due for an existing booking, for a sailing scheduled to depart on or before December 31, 2022 or one year from the originally scheduled embarkation date of the guest’s cancelled cruise reservation, whichever is later. If not used on or before May 31, 2022, the CWC FCC will automatically expire and have no value. The CWC FCCs cannot be used to obtain a refund. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request. Restrictions may apply on stateroom category and applicable pricing and promotions. Guest will remain responsible for paying the applicable deposit amounts, the difference in the cruise fare on the booking if it exceeds the value of the CWC FCC, taxes/fees, port expenses and gratuities (if applicable) for the booking.
